    Hobart appears to be doing well and yet still within a very affordable range, compared to other places that is.

    I am wondering what are the general thoughts about certain pockets within Hobart where you could buy, renovate and sell or simply hold and sell with a short term strategy of 12 to 18 months to make money.

    Anyone with field experience would be fantastic to comment
