    Hi everyone.I have been living in Melbourne for almost 4 years now with my family. We are thinking of buying a home and land package and I am doing a small research regarding the building companies.I just realised that the HL company that I was considering to build it's not a building company and I am a little bit confused!Does anyone had an experience with this company?Every comment is highly appreciated.
