Historical vacancy rates

Hi all,

What do you find best for historical vacancy rates ? what free resources ?

Does pricefinder have historical data on vacancy ?

 

Sqm has some info.

 

I recall that the vacancy rate in Jerusalem was zero (possibly a bit lower or over-booked) back in the year 0 BC. Anecdotally only but read it in some fairytale.

You couldn’t even pick up a room in a stable disguised as a gf.

Maybe it was due to having pets.

 

I think that one is written in stone somewhere, on the Cross way perhaps ? I will have to see if I can shed this wood from my back & go on a pilgrimage.

Some people are saying "ignore the stats Luke", for God's sake.

PS I am doing a B of A of recent history, but was mainly looking for AU data in the 10-15 year range.

Thanks D.T. and Propertunity. I had looked at SQM but had only seen like 4 years, but noticed in a different browser it has more info than that, but this particular area only has about 8 years, maybe agents did not use online much before that.
