Seems I may be seeking something that's not available, but does anyone know anywhere I can get data for suburbs or LGAs over a >10 year period for things like:
    - Average Days on market
    - Realestate listings available
    - Vacancy rate
    - Median price
    - %stock on market

It seems that most data providers only look max 3 years back - which considering the 2-3year sydney bull market we just had, doesn't show the full story.

Most paid subscription services (say like APM Pricefinder) have data going back 15-20+ years.
www.sqmresearch.com.au has free vacancy rates going back 10 years and stock on the market for last 8 years.

    Thanks,
    I'll check Sqm out -
As I understand, the problem with pricefinder (and in guessing other paid services) is they don't let you do data dumps to search, compare and track trends on the data on your own terms,
