    Hey guys ! I am a bit concerned about land price which i have eye on , its 378sqm registered land with 15m front and is located in hills of carmel development area. The price is 540k , not sure if its worth it or not...

    IMHO... If your concerned... trust your gut and you’ll never be happy with it?

    Yea but there should a reliable way of checking... gut feeling is go for it ....and i noticed the LOTs they are releasing next year has same price (similar dimension lot)to what i am paying right now... this is a life time decision so just wanted to be on safe side ...
