    Yep, using the area for driver training. We even had fog there last week.

    We get L platers doing loops of our street... I guess even you out of area people.

    Another Epping house that's screaming for a buyer. No bid at auction today.
    Battle axe so it's hidden from the street. Easy walk to station.
    There is continuous M2 noise humming away on the outside. Good land size and fairly level land.
    Currently rented out to 2 groups of tenants and the rent is around $1000/week combined. (Rent not verified by me though).
    Main tenant has been there 20 years and happy to stay longer.

    The insides can obviously be refreshed or the house rebuilt to your own taste.

    Busy Road next to a busy Motorway. Not a fantastic property on the face of things. If that doesn’t sell in a hot market you’re doomed in a soft market
