    I have invested in two regional areas

    West Bathurst NSW
    Mount Austin (Wagga) NSW

    Both have decent yield, wouldn't consider them to be super high 6-8%
    Both have diversified industries, not mining or 1 industry dependent.
    PM inspect and managed.
    Both had both increase in rent and property value.
