Yep, you read it right. Subject to council approval, Lethbridge Park (a satellite suburb of Mt Druitt 2770) could have some new apartments.

Yes, I know the land, some 3000 sq metres has been for sale before, but never marketed in this way:

Lethbridge Park address available on request - Residential Land for Sale #201479382 - realestate.com.au

Skater has invested there. See Change has practiced medicine there. I have slept on a vacant lot across the road there.

This could be a sign of the changing demographics in the area and push prices higher.

Open to comments (feel free to slag the place if need be).

    Property always goes up!

Penrith is also going vertical, changing from 3 or 4 story max to 10 allowed now

    I certainly hope not.

The last thing the Druitt needs is more bogans.

@datto - I thought 'bogan' was a level, a quintessential personal trait or status symbol. You can't be partly bogan or overly bogan or even more bogan.

I always thought there was a bogan spectrum.

I know the spot, i put the roller shutters on the chemist at the shops there. They'll never get in! ... Unless they go the back way:rolleyes:
Got graffitid first night which is standard! But letho must be improving as none of the tools got knocked off when we were there

@Leo2413 I'm keen if you are?

I'm assuming that was the replacement job for paul , not the original ones ( which would age you a bit ... ) ? Did you quote for me , I was on the end . Had to replace mine when they got bash in so far I had problems getting them up .

I'm assuming this is for the dumping ground , I mean vacant block behind the shops .

I recall it was for sale for a few years for ? under 100 K a while ago . No one was game to touch it .

Be a " brave " or uninformed developer who takes that on .

Remember one local development , getting towards the end , installed appliances and that night many locals upgraded their appliances .

Would need to factor in a 24 hour guard as part of the cost structure . Seriously .

Across the road and next door there are 2 and 3 story units so it's not like it's totally out of place. But yes it would need to be someone special to take it on, possibly gov involved housing?
The best person is probably the local drug dealer so locals know not to mess around

@See Change it was for a new fit out in. .... 2011 i think, give or take a year. New franchise type chemist i think it was. I was working with a mate they have been doing it for years locally, not the cheapest but after seeing their work id happily pay for the ocd job! Those things take some effort to kick in, I'd use a car
