Pete Wargent occasionally analyses different aspects of property investment. This one leads on to how/why a whole wave of people simply cannot get onto the property ladder.

    Linky

With outgoings which would equate to the entire year's rent on many places, there's no way of getting ahead.

    Yep...I made sacrifices

I had to drink Wild Turkey and Southern Comfort diluted with coke instead of Pappy Van Winkle Reserve Boubon...straight....

I had to drink Moet...Bollinger....and gawd forbid .... Jansz..instead of Crystal or Dom Perignon...

I had to drink Bombay Sapphire and Henricks ...instead.....Monkey 47

We all have to make sacrifices.....:p:D

Dems how it is..... @datto what sacrifices do dey make in the Druie??

...now back to Scott the Americano's....linky.......it ********* me...that these entitled young ladies are whinging about getting deposits. Perhaps they are being preened and plucked like Turkeys.....as one said..."Ya think you are soaring with eagles till ya realise you are scratching with Turkeys..." ;)

Look, ah, yeah of course I've had to make sacrifices to get on the property ladder.

Extra curricular activities whist studying my elementary education certainly helped.

And yes cutting grass and selling clippings after school and also during school hours to certain teachers was profitable. Actually my horticultural abilities back then were quite outstanding.

Unfortunately, no movie offers yet but always willing to do a "deal and burn out" scene in a shopping centre car park.

I had to walk away from a promising career as an underwear model to get onto the property ladder.

I don't get any of those things done.... I even get my partner to cut my hair cause i'm such a cheapskate!

The only thing I will get is eyelash extensions but that's only if/when I travel to a country where its cheap. And that doesn't happen with any frequency.
