    Hi fellow PCers,

    I'm new and I'd like to introduce myself. I've started my property journey and really excited about it all.

    I bought my PPOR last year in Sydney and that's enabled me to buy my first IP.

    I have to say this forum is amazing, so much knowledge and experience here! I especially have been engrossed in the financing and tax sections (terry_w is a gun!)

    To earn enough income such that I can choose to retire in 10 years. So I can travel and see the world
