Hello Property Chatters, nice to be here with like-minded investors. We have one investment property, and are currently renting while a new house is being built. The old house on our block had to be demolished, which is now finished as of last Thursday, and was an interesting experience having never done one before. New house will hopefully be started before Christmas, just need to get a second site survey and soil test done, and then ready to sign the Contract with the Builder. Its with one of the larger brandname builders, and the completion should be around June, 2020. Exciting times!
