Happy New Year to you all. I hope 2017 has started well. My name is Allan. I'm a COO of an SME that specialises in organisational culture transformation with companies typically greater than 1,000 FTE's. My partner who is a senior accountant, and I, have been interested in property investing for the last 12 months. We have successfully built one property in WA that provided us with the expected return and are now investigating small scale (<8 townhouse) development opportunities including land subdivision and/or duplex build. Nothing like jumping in the deep end to learn how to swim... We have joined PC to expand our network and meet like-minded individuals. Hi Allen and welcome aboard! I use the BOGAN technique when buying investment properties (Buy One Get Another Nearby). I invest in the lower socio-economic areas of Sydney.
