Hi all, I just wanted to introduce myself as I have finally signed up to post. I've been reading the forums for advice for a while! I've been in the property market since 2010 when I bought my first apartment. I now have five sets of tenants, between one apartment, one townhouse and three houses (one with a granny flat). They're in a few areas of Sydney but all west of the city. I've experienced all of buying properties (5), selling properties (4) and inheriting property (4). Buying is by far my favourite! Looking forward to contributing a bit more and not being such a stalker.
Structure and strategy may need a rethink if they are all in the same state. Land tax is an increasing problem to property owners as growth occurs.
