    Just saw this thread.

    I am a SAHM, caring for my mother with dementia, DH, 2 kids and a toddler.

    We have a couple of IP, which we have self managed and had agents. Had some good luck and some bad luck.

    We are in the process of subdividing our PPOR as we now need more space!

    I have come across this forum a few times, and found some useful info, thought it's time to join.
