    Hi All,

    Just signed up as we are at a financial crossroads in life. Have a few investment properties that are now worth less than when we purchased, have crunched numbers and we are going backwards/yr. Will post some info in the Investment Strategy Forum and be keen to hear others opinions. Hindsight and a crystal ball would be great....but the reality is neither are an option!
