    Hello - 30 y/o (though most people say I look 16!) investor from Sydney

    Some of you may have read my loooong post on Somersoft re; my investing journey so I'll spare you the pain again ;)

    In short, I have 2 properties in Sydney but mostly focused in Brisbane (8 so far) mainly in the Logan area. Love cashflow, but buying BMV even more! Still acquiring at this stage and will be until I run out of money or when the banks stop giving me any! :D

    Looking forward to being more involved in this community, meeting members irl and continuing to learn as well as give back (hopefully) some value to others.

    I've just read your post on Somerset and I'm glad I found you here.

    I'm new to investing and I always thought I needed a lot of money to buy property. You have just proved that I don't need to spend $500k to get started.
