    You would be suprised how many people don't know. Most common mistake we see is that people make offers but are not in a position to exchange. They then miss out to a buyer who has their boxes ticked and who is ready to go

    Isn't it the case that lawyers would explain what S66w is before signing the contract? How would vendors ensure buyers are in the position to exchange? I didn't quite get what you were trying to say in relation to S66w.
