    Hi there, welcome to PropertyChat.

    I'm Sim' (Sim' rhymes with time), aka Simon Hampel - the owner and administrator of this site.

    I have been investing in real estate since the late 1990's and still own property in Adelaide, although I currently live in Sydney with my wife and two young children.

    I come from an IT background and run my own software development and consulting business, "Hampel Group Pty Ltd".

    I have extensive experience operating online communities and currently operate multiple private forums for small businesses and industry groups, as well as several large public forums.

    My other main sites are:
    • InvestEd - an online community focussed on wealth education across all asset classes and investment strategies in Australia
    • ZooChat - a global forum about zoos and animal conservation
    PropertyChat is a new community built to service the property investment community in Australia and is intended to become the premiere resource for investors to learn about investing in real estate and to share their investment experience and adventures.

    Hey Sim

    the flyscreens are too thin to keep out the noise and the 240 powerpoints dont work so good on my 110 v devices.

    pls fix :)

    To add to the issues: my Windows 8 are broken, don't worry about the fly screen - they've been Chrome plated.

    My PowerPoints are fine and the Outlook is rosy.

    We've won a Mozilla on the lotto so we'll be relocating from our Adobe ppor into our new Home page.

    I am looking all HP Trim, taught and terrific under the Silverlight.
