    Hi to all,

    I was previously on Somersoft and now have turned over to PropertyChat.
    I've only started investing in Property this year and am an amateur compared to most here.

    I currently own 1 investment property in Mildura, Vic and am looking to acquire my 2nd within the next year in Logan Central, QLD.

    Not sure what else I can say? I work in the Financial Services Industry in your usual 9-5 job.

    It's going okay Azael. Can't really complain. Great tenant, not so bad location.
    Only thing I could complain about is the small plot of land it's on :(

    I'm also very new to the forum and also have 1 IP in Mildura!

    Whereabouts is yours? Was there over the weekend actually....

    Mildura v Logan... a bit of a disparity there?
