    Hi all,

    I have PPOR in Ipswich, Qld which I'm (slowly) renovating with the intent to rent out (which will be cash flow neutral or slightly positive.). I have an IP apartment on the Gold Coast which is cash flow neutral (was positive prior to COVID).
    I want to move to Ormeau (halfway between Bris and Coast for work, I'm in construction) maybe buy a villa round the 350-400 mark, but I don't want to use all my cash, I actually want to use as little as possible) because I want to make sure I have that cash back stop in the event of things going wrong across three properties.. So, I'm in research phase prior to talking to banks brokers. My serviceability is high and my DTI ratios are great..
