Greetings, Somersoft refugee here.... I named myself PropertyVic back in the day... as my name is Vic and I used to live in Victoria then. Then I moved to Perth. Now about to move back to Melbourne again. Accidental/very talented beneficiary (!) of the Melb boom/s and done a bit of renovation and development (not v hands on). Finding it interesting being in Perth in a market on the 5pm part of the clock for the first time as we prepare to sell the world's (actually perhaps inner Perth's) most excellent PPOR in a not-so-excellent market.
