Me and my wife had always wanted to set-up new income streams, in addition to our full-time jobs (engineering/IT). We are currently running a wedding photography business which is really great, in a sense that I could express my love for photography and at the same time brings financial help. We also ventured in property investing and we plan to continue to expand our portfolio. At the moment, this is where we are; PPOR (2010): western sydney, townhouse, $313K purchase price, valued today at $480K IP1 (2013): wollongong, house, $246K purchase price, valued today at $380K PPOR (2015 - soon to build): western sydney, $350K land purchase, $340K house build price, valued at $820K Next IP (2015): before the end of the year, we are looking to add another IP in our portfolio using the equity from the other properties. ... and the adventure continues
