    Hi Everyone,

    I was referred by a friend to join this forum! Just wanted to obtain everyone insight on the current Melbourne residential property market? What is the minimum expected annual growth or return before you would consider investing?

    Welcome to PC. Incredible source indeed.

    We don't have any minimum annual growth or return benchmark as such...and we have personally focussed on Property Cycles (capital growth and rental return are inversely related).

    Australia is not just one market, its a number of markets within markets - each city has its own cycle.

    What is your goal? Do you already own a home in Melbourne?
