    Hi all, Thought I may be able to help people with any questions on property management. I have been in the industry for more than 14 years so have pretty much seen it all :)
    Have lots of tips and hints for landlords building and renting as well as selling an investment property.
    Happy to help anyone, but my knowledge would be QLD specific - different rules state by state.

    I am an old Toowoomba boy. My parents lived at Felton when I was born then moved to Toowoomba when I was 12.

    What is happening in the property market in Toowoomba at the moment?

    I'd like mine to have floors, walls a roof and windows ;)
    A shed or two even :)
    My budget is good to $110k
    A few milk crates and some corrugated iron might work for @datto but I like painting walls and stuff :p

    I was at Toowoomba a few months ago, there are so many new development, new duplex, the agent told me that rental market wasn't that good. hope the new rail and airport can improve things a bit.
