    Long time lurker , first time poster :) Great knowledge and opinion on this forum. 32M who rents and hopefully will be hold my first PPOR someday.

    On flip side i wasn't able to post on some of the wider forum ( such as "what to buy" ..is it something like a premium feature or something?

    It's a decent question on why, it'd be based on your settings.. Have you sorted it out?

    It's all over the place atm as I am a long time renter around north shores( Ryde). Earlier was more inclined to an apartment within this area but now more keen towards a block of land from a long term perspective with a house :) But things are hard for anything under 700.

    The only feasible options seems to be Quaker hills or Schofileds area and around.Still charging quite a premium though so hard to say what's a right spot.
