Hi all, Great to be here - I am a father of 2 living in Sydney. I love my property and got my first IP back in 2002. I currently have 6 IP's - 3 in Sydney, 1 in Gosford, 2 in Brisbane. I had a 7th in Sydney which I sold recently and cashed-in to pay off the remaining mortgage on my home. I am looking towards Canberra and/or Melbourne next so that I get some more geo-diversification. I am also a financial planner, mortgage broker and I am the author of an online property investment analysis tool called Property Baron (I am not sure if I get banned for posting links so I won't post one). Looks like a good forum so I hope to be able to contribute and learn.
