    Hi All,

    I've followed this forum for quite a while, and I'm finally looking at trying to educate myself in successful property development... I think this forum is a great place to do that! I have quite a lot of experience in residential construction (chippy by trade and also a registered builder), but after reading the threads on here, I realise building is only a very small part of developing.

    Welcome Bondi! I only joined last week, looks like we joined for the same reason too. The more I learn, the more I realise I have so much more to learn.. about everything. :)
