Hi everyone, I was a sporadic lurker on Somersoft, and I've just come across this great forum. I'm looking to school myself on the ins and outs of residential property development in WA. I have professional background in feasibility studies, but on a completely different scale in mining. My experience with property is building a house in Qld, and in Perth, and buying established in Perth. If I'd only found these forums 7 yrs ago I'd have learned about refinancing a property to buy again.. Instead of selling... Live and learn. Anyway looking forward to sharing my experiences with anyone interested, and learning from those who've been there done that.
