Hi everyone iv'e been reading the somersoft forums for quite some time now and thought it was about time to introduce myself properly on the new forums.

Im a young Draftsman from Perth who has a keen interest in property i started with my first Property at 21 using a guarantor loan from my parents. I have now subdivided and built on the first IP along with DIY building a granny flat on the first piece of land also. I have now also spread to my next IP and am currently in the planning stage for building my next granny flat.

My granny flats are somewhat different however as i build using shipping containers. I'm starting a business selling plans and engineered drawings for shipping container houses so if anyone is interested please get in touch with me.

Thanks i look forward to much more healthy discussion here at Propertychat
