    Hi there,
    I am here to learn from successful property owners and investors.
    I am the common story of a person now in her 30s who had an excellent salary in her 20s, but was not very concerned with money. Anyways now I have woken up, and I am very concerned about assets. I also have 3 little dependents and am a single parent so challenging times ahead.
    I will post my question in the relevant discussion forum.
