    Hi All,

    Just a quick note to say Hi - I've been browsing here and using the search function for the past few months, and thought it was time to join.

    Amazing the amount of information on here - thank you to all.

    So me - I moved to inner northern suburbs of Melb from Sydney about 12m ago - love Melbourne and would not consider going back !

    I've had a 1bdr IP in Syd since 08 and am looking into another purchase shortly, maybe IP or PPOR.
