    Joined this site because i wanted to get a proper pulse on market sentiment and to learn from others respective areas of expertise, as well as experiences of other developers.

    I myself work in private lending and development funding, so its always good to get an outside perspective.

    In particular interested to know the different ways people are funding their projects, and if people are using their SMSFs to do projects in as well.
