Hi all, I'm a newbie investor in Melbourne, currently living in Chelsea Heights I'm looking at feasibility of doing a subdivision project somewhere in the Sth Eastern Suburbs, such as Carrum, Bonbeach or Seaford. I already have an investment property in Sunshine, and am now looking at doing a knockdown and triple townhouse development over the next couple years.
