    Been on Somersoft for a few years and over the last 12 months have purchased 2 properties in the Brisbane market-one in Southern Brisbane and one in the Northern Brisbane market.

    Looking to add another 2 properties this year to give me a total of 4 then wait for some equity to go again for future purchases.

    I would say my strategy is Buy & Hold in area's that have a strong economic and demographic upside for medium to long term capitial growth and buy in under the median..

    Over the last 12 months I have had a few hurdles with health issues within my immediate family which has really for me crystilsed why I am on this journey..freedom of choice to do what I want and enjoy life with my family & friends as you really don't know when your time may be cut short.

    No actually i am looking at certain parts of Melbourne and Adelaide at the moment..
