    Hey all

Im a first time investor in the property market. Ive recently got approved for a loan thanks to someone on this forum.

Im an engineer and so am looking for a deal that i can crunch the numbers on.

I cant help but feel that im late to the party, and that the next decade wont repeat the last 20 years, but that doesn’t mean there isnt value out there.

Im happy to shout a coffee to any investor in the area thats willing to talk and share experiences.

    Cheers
    Grazer.

    Hi Grazer

I think 20 years down the line, people will still say the same.

Either one can choose to take action (which sounds like you are) or do nothing.

Read up on the forum, educate yourself, and see if there are Brisbane property meet ups.

Hi Grazer, I work in the Brisbane CBD and happy to meet up and chat about my journey thus far. I find it helps talking about your plans with others to see what resonates and hopefully get an the path you feel most comfortable taking. Also at early stages but have been active in the market and following through on a strategy.

    welcome to the forum @Grazer,

always too late when we look at things happening to us, But if you do something now, you won't need to say "it is too late" in 10 yrs time. isn't it? ;);););)

asking questions, reaching out to other investors, PC is an excellent resource. :):)

Try telling that to some not so newbie investors here. All some can seem to focus on is doom and gloom.

You're waaay ahead, at least in terms of mindset.

    Welcome.
