    PPOR is in Jamboree Heights, 2 ips in Middle Park and one in Broadbeach. Yes plans for another one in GC very soon (2-3 months).

    Houses are too expensive for us. The trick is to find an apartment with low body corporate fees. Broadbeach or Surfers is the preferred area, very close to the beach up to say 300 metres walk.
