    Hi all

    Was a previous member on SS and decided to join this forum (should have done intro a lot earlier).

    Have not been hunting for IPs due to wife being part-time and she wants us to reduce loan on PPOR (something which I disagree – suggest invest instead), so back to learning from this forum to see how I can get a win-win situation.

    Hi and welcome, seems to be plenty of South Australians about now.

    Will the wife ever go full time?

    Perhaps continue with paying down the PPOR while both learning more. At least then she'll be able to sleep at night if that's a factor that is important to her. That'll also give you more equity to play with once you're both on the same page ;)

    Thanks. Wife will increase to 4 days from Jan 2016 as one kid will be at reception, will be in much better financial position when second child turns 4 (kindy and not in childcare) in 2017 :)!
