    Hi, need some feedback. We are first home buyers. Looking at a property near (12min wlak) Schofield station. Townhouse 4br in $770k. Not what we want exactly but I think is in a good location. Potential growth? Being renting for 10 years so keen to get out.

    What alternatives have you looked at? Where are you living now? Do you know where schofields is and what the commute is like?

    Alternative is to wait or relocate to another town with more affordable houses (Don't want to relocate) Living in Castle Hill. Commute to work/schools will be longer.
