Just signed up recently and thought it was about time I introduced myself, I really like the feel of the site, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I currently have a unit in Perth and a house in Perth on a future development site due to be rezoned next year, I just sold a property in western Sydney for a profit before tax of just under $200,000 and am currently looking to buy in Brisbane, I have a buyer's agent looking for me over there. I am 61 and like a couple of other members am looking to secure a reasonably comfortable retirement in a short space of time, so I can't afford to make any major mistakes! I have always been interested in property investment and love everything to do with it, and look forward to learning a lot from the forums on here.

Thanks Azazel, I want something in the inner/middle ring looking around the Chermside, Zillmere areas etc. It's very different from WA with flood zones etc and even the house styles take some getting used to. All very interesting
