    I am so excited to join this awesome forum! Thanks Mr Moderator.

    About me........ migrated to this Lucky Country few years back. Keen to invest in RE and want to build the knowledge base. Rentvesting ATM....no PPOR, one IP. Looking for the second one.

    I am sanguine will learn a LOT from the wonderful, knowledgeable and supportive forum members of PC. Going through the SS Forum now. Pure Gold!
