    I have browsed these forums in the past, but I have never registered, until now.

    I am not a property investor, but I study property investment.

    I have published and presented on property investment in the past.

    I am based in Brisbane, but I am interested in what goes on in other parts of Australia as well.

    I go by Tope, but feel free to call me the property guy.

    Interesting that you present on investment but have never invested yourself? Why is that?

    Well property investment was one facet of what I have presented in the past. It was not the core focus.

    The focus was housing. I wrote on Master-planned communities for example. I was not presenting on how to invest, but how investments impacted that area.

    I may invest in property in the future, but right now my path leans towards learning. I will leave the investment to you experts.
