    Hi everybody,

    Quick intro, have been following Property Chat for the last 6 months, but was also around 10 years ago when it was Sommersoft too.

    Have managed to do well out of the property game, from buying a unit in 2006 which was all I could afford, to a house which went up 30% in 18 months without adding value, a cosmetic flip and finally building and selling a duplex pair, all in QLD/ Gold Coast.

    In property just own our PPOR, small mortgage, invested in some shares but I think my next task is to sort out my super.

    Have always found lots of great info on here, and always interested in what everyone else is doing.
