    Hi there,
    I've gone from being an "L" plate, to a "P" plate developer, now out on the road without plates! Currently have a few good projects on the go. I used Somersoft over the years, more as a spectator, but now want to be more interactive on here. I am passionate about all things property and never get tired of looking at it, or talking about it :) Does anyone else have that problem? ha ha!

    Hi Jaybean! Hang in there! I had to wait for a while after getting "educated", was ready to start investing, but then lost my money in the GFC. A big set back, but am really on the way now. I'm sure you will make it happen :)

    Hi Sashatheman, I have quite a bit on the go at present, which is why I don't have a lot of time to be on the forum :-( but I'd be happy to come back and share more when things slow down. My biz partner and I have done some splitter block projects to start with, then stepped up to townhouse projects and currently have 2 sites in construction with a third about to commence. We have recently stepped up to units and now also have 2 sites under way for 15 units each and a third site in negotiations for 17 units! Crazy busy, but loving every minute of it!! I guess I had a dream, set a few BIG goals, found a close like minded friend who shared the same dream and goals and now we are going for it!! :)

    I haven't had time for forum for the past couple of weeks with a lot going on and trying to get new deals and JV money partners matched up and across the line. Looks like we are in good shape and things will settle down again soon. I'll come back and share some more then :)

    Did you transition out of a 'normal' job, and if so, how long did it take you to take it on full time?
