    will need a bit more info, what kind of property are you looking at? which suburbs? whats your budget? Are you looking to have a place to live or are you looking to invest?

    Sure good point - South eastern suburbs (Oakleigh, Hughesdale etc.) 1.1m budget. Looking for an older house to renovate / extend, but may also have a joint venture opportunity which I posted a separate thread about
