    Hi everyone,

    I recently discovered this forum and have been glued ever since! I have finally decided to sign up and hopefully start my property journey alongside you all.

    A bit of background:

    I am a Millennial living in Sydney and I'm constantly bombarded by my fellow peers/social media about how affordability is a major issue facing my generation. Rather than sit here on my hands, I want to actually do something and start investing in property, guided by facts rather than the noise.

    I'm currently working full time at a big 4 bank, relatively junior but I have been saving a large portion of my income for property investment purposes. I currently have enough for a deposit for an IP, and potentially more for a PPOR given the lending standards for staff being very lenient (10% deposit for PPOR)

    I love learning about property and will be attending the next Sydney meet up!

    Yeah.. it is an issue in Sydney, but that's not the only place to buy. And the sooner you start, the better. 10% deposit sounds like an unmissable opportunity to me. :)
