    Hi everyone

    I am a young professional who has moved over from nz with my girlfriend in the last couple of months, we hold one investment property in Wellington that we reno’d and rented and now looking to buy an entry level ish property in north or west Melbourne to live in for 12 months and do a largely cosmetic Reno before renting out. Looking to build a new property investor network and team of professionals in Melbourne so I look forward to meeting people within the group and likely attend the meet ups. If you are active in the north around Broadmeadows Meadow heights thomastown Glenroy etc or west around sunshine and St. Albans or looking around like we are then get in touch, we are obviously still narrowing down our target areas so would love suggestions from those who are active in these suburbs or nearby

    Hi @astonma, keep your eye on the meetings forum. There's usually one or two meetings in Melbourne every month, it's an excellent opportunity to meet other investors and exchange information.

    A dumb question but where do I go to make a new post....

    @Jess Peletier before and after of the exterior and bathroom attached, did a few other things but these were the main areas, me and dad did the outside ourselves and painted bathroom, plumber and flooring guy used for rest of bathroom
