    Hi All,

    I have been having a good read of the fantastic content available at PropertyChat recently and decided to create a profile.

    I'm 35 from Melbourne and currently have one PPOR purchased in 2013 and 2 IP's purchased in June and August this year (one near Ipswich, QLD and the other in Bray Park, QLD - both 4br houses).

    I really appreciate the effort that members of this forum have gone to to put up some great content that I really can't find anywhere else. It has been an eye opener for me.
