    Hi there,

    Joining this forum to learn new things regarding investing in both the property and share market.

    Currently own a home, and tosing up between by a second investment property where i work away from home, or diving into the share market for the first time.

    26 years young and keen to read some advice :)

    Property or shares ? For a young whippersnapper it's an each way bet. Buy and hold either for 10 years. You can't go wrong.

    why not start on both investment property and share ( small amount) ?
