    Hello all,

    Been reading these forums for a month and decided to create an account.

    Bit about myself - I am 32 years old and been stood down recently because of CoVID-19. My wife (thankfully) is employed full time and has not seen loss of hours/wages. Our industries are hedged against each other! haha.

    We had decided, late last year, to buy a house in 2020 before everything happened. Here to learn and do more research!
