Hey all, New to forum but am making a bit of progress on my finance journey. Having achieved a recent goal im starting saving towards a deposit for a rental. looking forward to getting to know the forum. kind regards, D
Thanks for the kind welcome. For some background, my wife and I (both 31years old) just bought A house (In cash) we are planing to raise our family in- We are in the process of rehabbing our first home for sale and are expecting our second Bub in December- busy times! I haven’t taken the plunge into real estate investing yet but I have done some sales and property management in the past so have an idea how things work from that perspective. As we sell the first home (and help my brother financially to buy his first Place) we will be working towards saving for a deposit.
